Terms of Service

MyCAlive — GST & Billing

Effective date: 30 September 2026 · Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Who provides this service

MyCAlive is provided by PUNE FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (PAN AAPCP5784L, GSTIN 27AAPCP5784L1ZG), registered office Shop No. C3 304, 3rd Floor, Epic Co Op Hsg Society, Vagholi, Haveli, Pune 412207, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using MyCAlive you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What MyCAlive is — and what it is not

MyCAlive is software for Chartered Accountants, tax practitioners and their clients to raise invoices, keep books, and download and review GST data from the Government of India’s GST portal.

We are not your accountant, and MyCAlive does not give professional advice. Nothing produced by the software is tax, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for what you file, for the accuracy of your records, and for meeting your own statutory deadlines. The software assists with that work; it does not take responsibility for it.

MyCAlive is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) or the Government of India. It is not a GST Suvidha Provider (GSP).

3. Your account

4. GST portal access

Where you ask MyCAlive to connect to the GST portal on your behalf, you confirm that you are authorised to use those credentials — either because they are yours, or because the taxpayer has authorised you to act for them.

The GST portal is operated by the Government of India, not by us. We cannot guarantee that it will be available, that it will return complete or accurate data, or that it will not change without notice. Downloads may fail or be incomplete for reasons outside our control, and you should verify anything material against the portal itself before relying on it for a filing.

5. Your data

The records you enter remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. We hold and process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may export your data at any time. On closure of an account we will delete or return your data on request, except where we must keep records to meet a legal obligation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Fees, wallet and taxes

8. Availability

We aim to keep MyCAlive available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, and at short notice where security requires it. Features may change, and we may retire a feature where it is no longer workable — for instance if a government interface it depends on is withdrawn.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or for penalties or interest arising from a late or incorrect filing.

Where we are found liable, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using MyCAlive and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where fees remain unpaid — giving notice where it is reasonable to do so.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change, and we will tell users inside the application where a change is significant. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
